Good evening,
I am gonna leave Germany at the end of March and I am trying to cancel my DSL contract in time but I'm facing many difficulties in achieving my goal. I have sent a mail a week ago but without the acknowledgment of return (my bad) so I am now afraid I'll never get a reply in time. So that, I called the Vodafone call-center and they asked me to complete the kontakt form but I am continuously getting an error message between the "Kunden- oder Teilnehmerkennwort:" part and the "Auf welches Produkt bezieht sich Ihre Frage?:" part.
Since I am sure that my request is about "Festnetz und DSL" I thought that the problem was the Teilnehmerkennwort, but I called for the 10th times the customer support and got a brand new password. Result: same old error message!
Could someone help me? Please!

please send me a private message with your full name, the ZIP Code (PLZ), the birth date and the last 4 digits of your bank account (IBAN).
I also need a proof of relocation abroad as a picture. I'll take look at this.

Update:
I have finally received an email back from Vodafone Customer Service just stating that they will end my contract in June 2020, so basically at the end of the 2 years. They completely disregarded the fact that I am moving permanently out of Germany and are now asking me to pay for more than a year of a service that I won't get?! Is this even legal???
I was reading, both here and in other forums, that users with 2 years contract were able to cancel their contract, just incurring in the monthly fee for the following three months after the cancellation. Why I received that answer then? Is there anything I should have sent/done, that I am not aware of?
