Hello! I have switched from Vodafone GmbH to Kabelnetz. I had my contract with Kabelnetz signed since February 2018, but since you didn't bother to send me the Anbieterwechsel form and I didn't know until October I should have had signed it, you kept charging me the more expensive option which was the DSL and I kept wondering why. Now that I found out about the form, you switched my  provider, I would like to kindly ask you to return me the money I overpaid. I was meant to pay 14.99 eur/mo but you kept charging me 34,99 eur/mo. Pretty ***ty of you. Please return me the money. Thanks!

This is a joke, right? I send you a letter on the 21.09. which included the following sentence: "Would you mind acknowledging finally my contract, stop overcharging me and return me the amount I overpaid?".

It's 25.1.2018 AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T REIMBURSED ME. SEND ME THE MONEY ASAP, OR I'M TALKING TO LAWYERS!!!!

it isn't a joke. My colleague has ordered the credit penultimate week.
