Dear Moderator,
I have applied for New Vodafone DSL connection on 01.05.2019. I speak little bit Deutsch, so I am not able to speak with Customer Care properly. I receive neither Welcome Letter nor Router and it was not in spam folder also. The status is still showing for last 23 days as-
'We have ordered your connection. You will receive the date for the connection in the next few days.'
Please let me know how can I get welcome letter and router before technician from T-Mobile will arrive. I can send necessary information to you through message. Thank you.

welcome to the Vodafone Community!
The letter and the router are sent as soon as the date for activation has been confirmed by Telekom.
If you have not yet received both, we have not yet received a confirmed appointment.
This is the case, for example, if there is currently no free line. Is it possible that your previous tenant still has an active connection at the address?

Dear Moderator,
It is really frustrating that my problem was not solved completely and moost frustration to contact Vodafone customer care through voice recognition software. I have received my router and employees from Telekom came today to give me new DSL connection. But still I did not WELCOME LETTER yet. I did not get Modem Installation Code, Online Registration Code etc. So I am not able to access my internet though Vodafone gave access and the rental period is started. It is really frustrating if I have to contact again and again through your portal.

Dear Moderator,
After a lot of tries I successfully received Welcome Letter by email contacting customer service. Thank you all who helped me to get new internet connection successfully. But as a customer it is really frustrating and annoying to comunicate with voice recognition software. Vodafone management can think to mention numbers in all options, not for in selected options. Thank you very much.
