No Internet and no one speaks English at Vodafone!

I am an American living in Germany and I have Vodafone service...my Internet disconnected at around 1030 yesterday and I havent had Internet since. I've tried to call Vodafone 10 times and speak to an operator who doesn't speak English and I ask him for an English speaking representative and I get hung up on every time...I just want my Internet to get fixed!

"Have you tried turning it off and on again?" 😉 Did you check the cords, especially the DSL cord connecting your router to the TAE socket? What kind of router do you use? There should be a Power and/or DSL LED. Are those steady or are they blinking? If they are steady and you still can't connect to the internet, you should try to reset your router and reinstall with the modeminstallationcode you recieved.

The moderators speak English, they should be able to help you out, if there is need to open a trouble ticket.

what have you already done to fix the problem yourself?

Please check all cables, reboot the router and reset it.

Which router are you using and which LED is lit or flashing in which color? Is an error message displayed?
