Hi All,
I got the appointment for my connection setup on 28 March. As per Vidafone policy if i would not be presnt they would have charged me 49 euros. but on the end day Vodafone cancelled the appointment. i have taken holiday from Office for Internet setup. now what should i charge vodafone?. now i don't have any tentative date when connection will start?. Already i have waited 1 month for the setup now when i called customer care they says there is some line distortion but on vodafone site its says everything working fine.
What the hell is this?. Request you to resolve my issue, without internet there is so many thing planned for me are getting cancelled..

i'm sorry for your issue.
As I can see, you have already contacted us by e-mail. My colleagues have told you that the port is broken. The port must be exchanged by the Telekom. We have already commissioned this. Unfortunately we can only wait for the moment. I'm sorry. 😞
