Dear customer service
I had a cable connection in my previous apartment. After moving to new flat, vodafone proposed a DSL connection. I received my new router (FritzBox 7530) and a technician came to meke the connection. After that, I connected my router to the phone line but the Power / Dsl lamp is blinking continuously and there is no internet there. I do not know if I should do something more to bring it to work or a kind of activation is needed from vodafone side!
Can someone help me? Customer service does not talk in English and I can not solve this alone. I also do not have a new registration code to login the portal and check details (bacause they switch me from cable to Dsl and did not send me user and password for the dsl portal).

Lars forwarded your data to me.
As I see a technical ticket has been opened and a technician will check the connection on February 8th.
You will find the Online-Registration-Code in our letter that we have sent on January 13th.
You don't need to create a whole new account. Just click on "Vertrag hinzufügen" ("Add contract"), chose DSL and enter the code.
