Hi guys. I don't speak and write good in German but I hope somone can help me anyway.
Today I get new DSL internet and phone. Technician came and set up everything but I don't have internet connection. Wlan is working but still no connection and I don't know that it should work straigt away or it takes some time. Thanks.

Hi @swatka7,

did you configurate your Easybox via Modem-Installation-Code (MIC)? By entering the MIC, your access data will automatically be transferred from the network to the Easybox.

In exceptional cases the activation may take up to 48 hours. 😞
