Dera Vodafone team
I have started a contract with Vodafone internet in 2016 initially for 2 years. And in 2018, it got renewed automatically.
But for 2019 (after 12months of renewal), suddenly the price seems to be increased, which conflicts with my initial contract from 2016.
I did not get any notice prior of the increase in the bill, nor did I sign for the same. Can you please change it as soon as possible.
I look forward for your response.
Thanks
Sukesh

*** you, Vodafone! How dare you taking money for your services. That's... that's... NOT FAIR!
Seriously, the contracts aren't misleading at all. Provided one actually reads them, of course.

Ok please cancel my contract at the end of the contract period, that is march 2020. I will move on to another service provider.

You have to cancel your contract by your own. You can do this via contact form (as a logged in user). Then you will get a dialog-id via email.

Well if I have a contract for 2 years and If i dont cancel it, I understand that it would auto renew it. If it auto renews, as a customer, I would expect to have SAME 2 year contract for the next 2 years.
In what way this contract is different to a GYM contract or Rental Contract ? If I have a Gym membership / contract for a year, the same contract renews for next subsequent years unless I ask for a change. Same with rental value, where they clearly mention some percentage increase in the rent every year.
But in this case, how come they auto renew it with what is now in the market. I am least bothered about the current campaigns in the market as I have already invested efforts in finding a right campaign and having a contract earlier.

Yes, you expected that. That's what I meant: It's better to read the contract, than to guess it's contents.

No, it's exactly the same. Vodafone just gave you a 10 Euro discount over 24 month, to welcome you as a new customer.
Just my 2 cent.
