Incorrect billing for 2nd year for my Internet Connection

I have started a contract with Vodafone internet in 2016 initially for 2 years. And in 2018, it got renewed automatically.

 

But for 2019 (after 12months of renewal), suddenly the price seems to be increased, which conflicts with my initial contract from 2016.

 

I did not get any notice prior of the increase in the bill, nor did I sign for the same. Can you please change it as soon as possible.

You signed the contract in a Vodafone Shop on 15.03.2017. You choosed the tariff "Red Internet & Phone 16 DSL" with our standard promotion. You got a 10 Euro discount for the first 24 month. So the price will reduced from 29,99 to 19,99 Euro. After this discountperiod you'll pay our standard price.

 

There is no mistake. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any further discounts. I'm sorry. Verlegener Smiley

what does the order confirmation say about the price? There the costs should be clearly regulated. If the contract is automatically extended, then at the conditions specified there.

For renewal, I did not sign any contract nor did i get any notification. As you can see from my previous posts in February, I asked in the community if it gets automatically renewed ? And the answer was yes. 

 

But no where it is mentioned that the prices will be increased as per the present costs. If that is the case then why have contract ? I was under impression that a CONTRACT is a contract where the price is already decided and will not fluctuate as per present campaigns / trends.

 

So here is my situation:

 

I bought internet from corporate campaign, a 2 year contract where I had to pay 15Euros for 24 months (20euros I pay every month and 5Euro I get back as gutschrfit). First 2 years went well as per the plan. Also after the renewal, 3rd year (1st year of extension), also went well. I got the invoice for the same as first 24 months. But now for 2nd year of my extension, all of a sudden it increased to 30Euros. I would like to understand why ??

 

I would like to have SAME contract as I had for my first 2 years (where I paid 20 per month), under any circumstances I was not expecting the contract to have variable prices.

Hey sukesh,

these contract terms are unlikely for a cable contract.

Since you are using a dsl contract, please feel free to send me a private message with your customer infos.
I'll have a look into this.

I really dont understand the contracts. They are always misleading. Trying to loot money from customers. Not fair at all.
