I want to downgrade my tarrif Dsl before (12 months)

I want to switch to lower tariff and from red Internet 100dsl to 16.In my contract says I can do it for free, I'm saying that in advance cause I don't wanna have on 13.01.2020 the normal price of dsl 100,but for the 16,plus that my speed connection is super slow even though I have 100dsl connection!

You can downgrade to a lower rate at the earliest after 12 months.
