I have the router connected, I see the signal in my devices and I the password is accepted. But I am not able to connect. I get a message that says “unable to reach the server”.
I’ve been trying to solve the problem by phone, going to the Vodafone store and no answer so far. Yesterday they say they will call me back today, but I am still waiting. I called again today and they told me to come to this site.
Please reach me to solve the problem, it will be nearly a month since a got the router and still not able to connect.
