did you already receive your welcome letter via email? Your login data can be found onb the last page of this writing. If you didn't receive it, please also check your spam folder.

I tried to use the WhatsApp service and they send me a copy of my Welcome letter, but all codes is not there is just like XXXXXXX.
What I have to do now?

My problem to call the hotline is nobody speaks English with me, all the attendants do not speak English, I tried more than 10 times.

Yeah, English still is a problem on the "fixed net"-hotline. You can always try WhatsApp again and hope for the best, oder wait for a mod. They seem capable.
