I am looking for a copy of my expired DSL contract as in the last 6 months my billing plan had changed from 19.99 euro to 37 euro and I would like to cross check it. I have lost the copy of the DSL contract as well as a copy of invioice from a period of May 2017 to Sept. 2017. I need it urgently. Can someone please help me with it. I can share my customer number and other details.

Hi invoice_contrac,
most of our internet & phone contracts have a reduced fee of 19,99 in the first 12 month - from the 13th month onward the "normal" price.
If you pay something around 37 Euros monthly , i guess you have an internet & phone 50.000 VDSL contract (34,99) with an aditional option , like f.e. comfort option (3-10 numbers) or the fee for paying yourself instead of direct bank transfer.
Please send me a private message with your customernumber & password.
I will send you the copy of the invoices.
Please keep in mind, that according to our price & terms every copy of an invoice costs 5 Euro.
So if you whish 6 copys, this will summ up to a total of 30 Euros, just for the copys.
If you have added your contract into "Mein Vodafone" you can check your invoices there, free of charge.
