Error Message when trying to connect to the internet

Hello, 

 

My German is not currently good enough yet, so I just want to ask this in English because sometimes English-Support is not available on the hotline. 

 

I am a new customer, with the Fritzbox and yesterday the Telekom technician came to set everything up. However, the internet is still not working. Whenever I connect to the Internet, it redirects me to this page:  pushpage.arcor.de/pleasewait

 

At first I thought that my device is still installing so I thought that I'd just wait. But it's been a long day now and I'm not sure how to fix this?
