Hello Vodafone,
I have 2 questions:
1- At the beginning of my contract I was supposed to receive a voucher for 50 euros, I did not need the technician as I was only supposed to connect the router, but I received a receipt for +70 euros, I went to branch employee who told me that this was a mistake and that I will have 120 euros (70 euros + 50 euros) on my account and in the following months a deduction will be made from these 120 euros. This month I still got a deduction from my account! Why did this happen?
2- I requested a move of my internet landline to a new address on 08-January-2021, I want to know if this request is already confirmed on that date or not?
