English Support for my Internet contract

Hello Vodafone Team,

I have terminated your internet contact this year March and moved to Unitymedia (same company)

I already have Termination letter from you for sure but you still charge the money from my bank account.

I just found that you took my money from my bank account after termination

Could you please check and finish my contract / return my money back?

after the contract has been terminated at least one more invoice will be created.

We charge until the last day of your contract.

On your invoice you will see the exact date until you have been charged. Please check your invoice and compare the date mentioned on it with the date on our confirmation.
