Hello,
I am looking for some English support as my router has continuously been disconnecting over the last week. I am unsure if it is a problem with the router or with Vodafone itself as many people have also reported the same problems.
Could I please talk to someone from customer support?

Which modem do you use and what did you do so far to solve the issue?
Which LEDs are blinking or shining in which colour during the disconnects?
Please check all cables and the phone socket and restart the modem by unplugging it for a few minutes and restarting it.

Hi jens,
The Modem is EasyBox-B83710
I only have internet (WiFi) at home but the Internet LED will go off and then blink in blue until it finally reconnect to red again. This seems to happen randomly but usually in the evening mostly.
I have unplugged and reset the modem many times but it seems to keep happening every once in a while

have you already reset the router with the modem-installation-code (MIC) once?
