I missed the technician supposed to install internet and i can't reach anyone in English since

Hey Frederic,

sadly there is no dedicated english speaking dsl hotline.

Most agents should be able to handle a call nevertheless.

Please send me a private message with your customerinfo (customernumber,password).
I'll have a look into this.

Because of an unusual ammount of requests it may take 1-2 days till i can answer.
