Hello,
I ordered a DSL contract on 18.09. However, when I checked the contract status, it stated that Vodafone could not process my contract further because they have questions and will call me the next few days. I waited for weeks and no one called me. I tried to reach them several times via 0800 172 12 12 and still, no one picked up.
Besides, on 21.09, they sent me an email to choose a technical visiting appointment. I chose 07.10 and I got no email or SMS confirmation about the date. When I checked the link again, and it showed "Vielen Dank! Wir prüfen Deinen Wunsch-Termin. Wir klären jetzt mit der Telekom, ob Dein Termin klappt. Das kann bis zu 3 Tage dauern. Wir melden uns bei Dir per SMS oder E-Mail.Wann der Techniker genau kommt? Erfährst Du nach der Prüfung."
And the appointment was yesterday. Of course, no one came.
I read a few posts in the forum and I also realized that I have not received any Wilkommenbrief.
I am really confused now.
Anyone knows what happened to my order and how can I solve it?
