Hi team,
 
My connection was activated last week (17th May) and billing should start from that day ?
 
Also I see that vodafone have sent me a bill of 59Euro for technician deployment. I am not sure why this is been charged? When I bought the connection I paid the amount intially itself. May I know why the bill is generated agian ?
 
And the technician was reschudled by vodafone and not me. Please clarify

What exactly did you pay initially? And have you got a proof about that payment?

 

Maybe you paid initially for the Router(?) and not for the technician needed to activate the (DSL?) line.
