Dear Vodafone Community,

I have bought my DSL through Check24.

In my contract, it is written that I have to inform Vodafone that I want to have 16bit/s in the 2nd year, or my Internet cost will increase.

I would like to inform Vodafone that I want to have a rate of 16bit/s after the first year. Could you tell me how I could do it?
In my private profile, I do not see an option to chose 16 (there is only 50). Also, calling Vodafone was not helpful. They told me to write an email to kontakt@vodafon.de, but this address doesn't want to accept my emails.

I have already sent a fax to Vodafone a few months ago, but I got no answer (so I do not know whether that was the right way of contacting them).

Could you please tell me how to contact Vodafone? In the contract, they did not write how to contact them. It is only written that I have to contact them. I am trying, but I am not succeeding in it.

Best,
Lara

The right mail Adress would be Kontakt@vodafone.com. And not dot de.
You can also call Vodafone but I think the downgrade after 12 month is a bit tricky and is only possible in a small window between 4 weeks.
