Hello,
I would need to terminate my DSL contract, however, I am not clear which steps I should follow and your customer service is unable to speak English.
Can you please help me? Is there any termination period? Should I return my modem to anyone?
I have recently applied to arbeitslosengeld and I couldn't afford to pay anymore for the monthly fee.

Hello @Edol86,
after order the DSL contract you became a confirmation of the order. You have an order number ARC.. (please don't post here).
After that you became a Mail or SMS to terminate the contract. Do you have any Mails (inclusive Spam) with informations?

Yes, I have got an ARC number but I can't find the information for the resignation.
I've also contacted Vodafone customer service, however, so far no reply.
