Hello everyone!
Today I received this error on my browser page:
DSL username / password wrong! (Error 691)
I have reset button so I think I should re-configure my modem. When I click WIZARD in the page "192.168.2.1", it wants to type my ISP username and password. Unfortunately I do not know where is my letter from Vodafone. I also do not know my landline phone number so I could not talk to any Vodafone customer service since they will provide this landline number. Do you know that there is another way to get this ISP username and password? OR at least get my landline phone number?

welcome to the Vodafone Community!
If you are using an EasyBox or FritzBox 7430,7490 or 7590 you just need your Modem-Installationscode (MIC) for installing your modem.
We have sent all data including the MIC via e-mail.
You can order it in MeinVodafone if you can't find it anymore.
Error 691 means that there is either a configuration problem or your account has been blocked.
So please reset your modem and configure it again and check if there are any unpaid invoices.
