DSL Internet Welcome letter not received

Hi ,

My DSL connection got installed on August 28th, but I have not received any activation letter yet.

Can this be send to me so that I can add DSL in my contract?

I have checked in Spam as well, it was not there.

I have called the customer care and received the welcome letter now over the email.
