DSL - I've been contacted by Inkasso to pay for something I don't know.

Hello, 

 

When I asked for the move on the 22nd of May. And the person unsuccessfully installed the DSL on the 23rd of May. They convinced me to move to Kabel instead of DSL. After that I had to pay for many things including that one last bill for DSL that was like 7 or 8 euros. 

 

Now I've received and email from Inkasso saying I have to pay 60 euros because I didn't pay 18 eur from the last bill. Which doesn't make sense and I didn't get that bill.

 

I have payed so much money to Vodafone, I recently discovered I was paying 3 eur weekly for songs (seriously?) but I discovered on time after 4 weeks so I cancelled it and I didn't make drama just becuase is more effort to try to contact you than just paying that. But I refuse to pay 60eur for something like this. If I trully owed that money WHY didn't I received a mail from Vodafone before?

 

Ive been loyal to Vodafone for more than 2 years now and I am getting tired with all that has happened to me in the last 3 months.. I need an explanation and a solution.
