This is the first time I did a contract for Cable internet in Germany. I installed the modem but there was no internet. So I contacted the customer care, he tried something but no internet. Then he said technician will come for installation. Technician came on 2 Jan but he couldn't find the switch and left. Again I called the customer care for new appointment. On 3 Jan, new technician came and I showed him switch but now he is unable to find cable to my home. They are asking my landlord to be there but my landlord doesn't know and she said earlier she used vodafone internet and technician installed it. It seem the technicians are not skilled or they don't want to do their job. Please let me know if someone can help or I need to cancel the contract.
