Contract revocation - CableMax 1000

Hello Community Team!

On Monday I upgraded from Red Internet & Phone 50 DSL to CableMax 1000. Due to the negative of the owner, the mordernization of the technical installation that is necessary couldn't take place and I had to cancel the new contract. Will the current service continue (Red 50 DSL) or do I need to have a new contract?

Thanks in advance!

Best,

Sol

Hi Sol_Martinez,

I'm sorry that we can not provide you with the new cable connection.

if you ordered the cancellation of your DSL contract when ordering the cable contract, the DSL termination will be cancelled.

If you cancelled your DSL contract separately, the cancellation will remain.

Did you receive a confirmation that your DSL contract will be cancelled? If not, everything is fine and the DSL connection will remain.

Regards,

Jens

Hi Jens,

Thank you for the clarification. I cancelled the DSL contract together with the order for the new contract, and I haven't received any confirmation regarding the fulfilling of the DSL termination, so I assume everything is fine.

Best regards,

Sol

Hi Sol_Martinez,

thanks for the feedback. Yes, in that case everything is fine.

I think, we have a solution here, so I can close the thread.
