Hello good people,
I am moving back to india permanently within 1 week, thats why I have to cancel my Vodafone DSL contract. Due to some reason for payroll I have to be registered in Germany till July 31. I cannnot go for de registration now. Can I cancel my Contract with Vodafone by sending my companies letter which has my last working day in company.
Please help how to go ahead with it. Its really urgent. Once I move out it will be difficult for me to send router.
Thanks,
PP

Hi @internet11,
When you move back to India then you'll have a special termination right (TKG § 46, subparagraph 8 ). But you have to pay further three month (start with your move from Germany). Send also a copy of your "Abmeldebstätigung" (deregistration certificate). I guess it's also possible to send that deregistration certificate afterwards.
Concerning the hardware (router) I have no idea yet. Maybe you can ask a friend to send the hardware back within 14 days after termination?
