Hi,
Sorry my german is bad. Therefore English.
My order number is ***. I ordered a DSL connection on 25th June. The online status is Green and says "Tech- Auftragbear" since 28th of June.
Its been 1 month now. I have no information on when i will receive my login, modem and the connection.
I already got in touch with Vodafone Customer support last week and got a reply that mostly i can expect further info in a few more days and there is nothing open from my side.
Can you please promide me some concrete information.
I am already disappointment with the service. 😞

It's the bears... 😞 I told them not to use bears, but they just won't listen. Of course, at first you'd think bears are a great idea. Big, cute, cuddly... bears got it all. What could possibly go wrong with bears, right? But I'm telling ya, when it comes to telecommunications bears just won't do the trick. It's the paws, I think. No thumbs...
Sometimes it just takes a while for Telekom to respond. All the letters an hardware will be send, only after Telekom confirms the order. When the hotline guys say there's nothing to do but wait, that's problably just what's going on right now.

Usually the Telekom tells us the activation date within 2 or 3 days after our order.
I will have a look into this.
