Cancel my Internet & Phone DSL 50

Hello,

I'd like to cancel my DSL contract with vodafone.de.

I have this Internet & Phone DSL 50 contract, which includes 

-Vodafone-Sprache

-Vodafone-Internet

-Vodafone EasyBox 904 XDSL

it is going to expire on May 2020. 

As soon as I got the new job and the notice that I have to move to USA starting from September 1st, I sent the kuendigung notice to cancel my contract on August 30th.  I have many question

1) Does my termination includes all the services offered by the  Internet & Phone DSL 50 contract (Vodafone-Sprache, Vodafone-Internet, Vodafone EasyBox 904 XDSL)?

2) The confirmation of my kuendingung says that I'll be "charged  for the service provided by Vodafone at my new location. The expected Compensation is composed of the contractual residual maturity in months multiplied by the monthly fee minus a discount rate. The compensation payment will be listed on the final invoice".

Since I am mooving to USA, I should not be charged for the premature termination of the contract. here my questions:

-How can I ''change'' my kuendigung so that I can attached together with the termination notice the proof that I'll not longer living in Germany (Abmeldung)?

-Where do I need to send it?

-Whitin which time frame (considering that I am not allowed to de-register from the city hall earlier than one week from my departure) ?

3) What do I have to do with my modem? do I need to return it? where? can I just return it in the vodafone shop of my city or do I have to ship it somewhere?

Regarding your questions:

1) Yes

2) The confirmation says that you will be charged > IF < Vodafone can provide you with a DSL connection at your new location. Since this is not the case in the US, you will not be charged anything. If the termination has been confirmed you don't have to send your proof of deregistration anymore.

3) If you have to return your modem, you will find all infos on the last page of our confirmation. As far as I know the EasyBox 904 xDSL was never a rental device. You got it for a one-time purchase price, so it doesn't have to be returned.
