To whomever it may concern,
I am an English speaker living in Germany and I requested a Wlan-Hotspot-Flat account, I thought I would have instant access (I had no internet at the moment) but it took several days to receive an activation code by mail. Unforutantely I wasn't available to use the contract and I have received 2 bills so far (for August and September). I would like to cancel my contract but so far the portal has been very confusing and I haven't been able to that and the customer service contact center don't speak English to help me do this. I would like to cancel my contract in order not to be billed anymore and I would like to know if I can have a refund because I didn't even use the service.

Hi hojabbr,
I can certainly help you with the cancellation. A retroactive refund will probably not be possible. You would have had to revoke the contract in time. The usage is independent of this.
Please send me your customer number, name, address and date of birth by private message . Write a short note here in the thread, when you have sent the PM.

I have arranged for the termination. The contract ends on 09.10.2020. You will also receive a written confirmation by letter. Do you have further questions?
