Hello,
I can't speak German so it is impossible to pass Machine to speak with an agent on phone.
Since I am working from home, I am connecting to a Remote Desktop to work. But even though my internet speed is high, I need low Ping too. My ping varies a lot and around 50-100 ms, even goes above 100. This means I have lag working with remote PC, which is hard to work. And my connection drops several times in a day. I have to restart my Router every time. How can we solve these problems?
I have standard Vodafone Router
Cable Internet with 200Mbs speed

Hello kdis,
in which federal state do you live? Do you use an ethernet connection? Do I get you right that the ping is only high if you use a VPN? What do you mean with the connection drops, is that also the remote desktop or the whole internet connection? Does that happen via LAN as well?

Thanks for your answer. I live in Berlin, if you need my address and other contact details, I can write directly to you.
My ping is high without VPN connection too. And our IT from our company suggested I should get in thouch with Vodafone Support. I have tried with ethernet cable too. The problem was similar.
About connection drops, all of our devices get disconnects from modem. All the led lights on modem turns off except power light. When I restart the modem after a few minutes it reconnects.

After your massage I have been watching my network, it seems like when there is only 2 clients are connected to my modem, there is no connection drops. But when there are 4-5 we experience connection drops very frequently. (At the time you checked for the connection problems there is only me in my apartment, now we are two people.) I think you can see those in the last two weeks. It might a be problem with my modem rather than the connection.
