2 Months not able to use my Internet

Hello,

I got my Vodafone router for more than 2 month's , and I'm waiting since that day for the techinical guy to come my place and connect my place with the cable, but no body answering my calls, i've waited  for somebody to pick up my calls  for mor then half an hour sometimes.

Finally i decide to cancel my contract and i did sent an email with my information to Vodafone to cancel my contract but they replay that my cancellation is not effective!!!!!!!
Can any body help please?!!!

Hello mohammadshrahi,

 

did you hire a technician?  Because normally cable is self-installation and a technician is not commissioned.  Have you connected the router and it doesn’t work or how should we imagine it?  What state are you from?

Hello,

Thanks for responding, I can't hire anybody, becuase there is a company responsable for maintaining this cable which is vodafone cable company, I called them as the Customer support advise me they came to my place and they said i need one more appointment to fix the problem, and i didn't hear from them since that date, calling, sending emails, visiting vodafone shops in Munich no body answering. Please help me to cancel this contract.

The last comment in the installation order says that you canceled the order because it was all taking too long for you. That's why nothing more happened here.

 

Do you want to have the connection installed or not?
