Dear Vodafone team,
Im waiting more than 1 month since i paid 30 € to perform my portability to other provider. (o2)
I already sent all documentation from Vodafone shop on 3rd Feb 2018.
- Portierung Ihrer CallYa Rufnummer - Verzichserklärung
- FAX sent to the Vodafone system
in the shop they tell me that cannot help me further neither I cant reach any English speaker in any phone line.
Please help me to resolve this ASAP.
Otherwise i will have 3rd party penalty for my new phone provider.
I can provide additional details if needed.
