Vodafone prepaid - Option 400MB for 2.99 Euro automatically abgebucht

Hello,

I have a prepaid sim card from Vodafone since a long time.  I had loaded 15 euro for recharding my monthy base tariff for 9.99 euro.

But 2.99 euro was dedcuted automatically from my Vodafone balance for the 400 MB option. I did not want this option and I want to stop automatic reneweal of this plan on my phone number.

Please help me with this problem at the earliest possible time.

Hi @nitisha,

The 400 MB data option will be renew all 28 days (4 weeks) if you don't cancel this option. 

You can easy cancel this option with the MeinVodafone app. Open the app, click on "Mein Tarif " (my tariff). 

There you can see all active options in "Meine Optionen". 

Click on "Option 400 MB" and below on the button "Jetzt stornieren" or "Jetzt kündigen". (I don't know the exact wording.)

Yes, thank you very much. I atleast found the option to cancel this plan ! 🙂

 I guess I will cancel this when it is about to expire and use the 400 MB that I have already paid for.
