VoLTE is not working with CallYa.

I am trying to call throgh VoLTE but it is not working with me. I got a previous SMS from Vodafone says it is already activted for my line. Please could you help with this.

what cellphone do you use? Is VoLTE switched on in the settings of your cell? Is LTE available in your area?

You can send a private message (PN) from the profile page to other users/Moderators.

To do this, click on their name and you will get to their profile page.

At the top-right of that page you will find the red button "Sende eine private Nachricht" or in the mobile view you'll find it at the bottom-right.

Or you click here and use this "shortcut for PNs to @Sandra-K"

Hallo Sandra, ich bin vor Kurzem auch von einem Red Tarif zu Callya Prepaid gewechselt. Mir wurde telefonisch versprochen, dass VolTE funktioniert. Es funktioniert nicht. Auch nach Neustart des Handys und nach aus- und einschalten des WiFi Calling Button auf meinem Galaxy S10 hat nicht funktioniert. Kannst du mir hier weiterhelfen?

grundsätzlich ist die Nutzung auch mit CallYa möglich.

Schick mir gern die betroffen Nummer per PN, damit wir schauen können, wo es hakt. Antwort kommt schnellstmöglich.
