I recently purchased a Vodafone prepaid package in-store, along with credit to last for several months. However, I did not recieve a subscriber's password for accessing MyVodafone and recieved a text saying I have zero credit remaining. Could you please advise? Thank you

You can also charge the credit without a password. Use the following page and register as a guest.
