Sim card did not arrive

Hi, I ordered a vodafone sim card one week ago i.e. 22/11/19 (incl. completing online registration), Monday 25/11 I got a message saying it was on its way & should arrive in 2-5 days, yet still haven't received it as of today, 29/11. Could someone please help me with that? thanks, marcin
