Hello,
Sorry for writing this in English, please feel free to reply back in German. I have a CallYa SIM that my wife was using when she is traveling outside Germany - it was working fine till a few days ago, but now there is a message saying "SIM not provisioned" message showing up - there is a Vodafone network available for the roaming but even trying to manually select this as provider still gives the same message. For info, the SIM has not been in the Germany network for more than one year as she could not travel back to Germany due to the Covid restrictions. Appreciate any assistance that can help hear...Thanks!

the SimCard may have switched off due to non-use.
