I keep paying Vodafone without receiveing the service!

Hi,

I have the new 10 Giga CallYa card. I topped it up yesterday with Euro20 for another month, and used it for one day, then I couldn't use the data nor the phone calls! Then I topped it up again with Euro 25 and mow it shows that I have only 5 Gig. Please help! I'm topping up my CallYa without receiving the promised service. Please help!

but the tariff is active?

Did you get a SMS confirming the starting of the new tariff period?

The offer to get the 5GB on top is capped for the first three charges.

Have you used it three times?
