Dear Vodafone-Team
I've recently blocked my SIM card and can't unblock it because i've lost my PUK number.
Since I'm now staying in Poland it's not possible for me to visit Vodafone-Shop and retrieve my PUK this way.
I've tried to call your support, but they don't seem to understand my issue and put me on hold.
I also tried to regain my PUK through your website but i get an error message -
Is there any other way i can retrieve my PUK number?

The website option for retrieving my SIM card details is now available for me and i've successfully unlocked my card with PUK.
This task can be closed now.
