is your SIM card from a normal contract, postpaid, or is it a prepaid card from the CallYa family?

a reactivation is possible up to 90 days after switch-off.

The fastes way will be to call the CallYa-hotline at +49 172 229 0 229
Maybe a mod comes along, will contact you and take a look at your data.
