I wanted to purchase a Vodafone prepaid simcard online and port my previous mobile number but I am not able to find "Indien" in Nationality dropdown list. My colleagues who are also from india purchased prepaid sim card at vodafone store. But neither themselves nor the store persons could not activate them because "Indien" is not listed among nationality list. Where as therr is no such issue for Contract sim cards. I believe this is website bug. Or is it that Indians are allowed only to take contracts but not prepaid sim cards?

The sale and activation of a CallYa card for the country of origin India takes place exclusively via the shop.
If the shop employee cannot select the country of origin India, he would like to confirm with the shop's stamp and signature that the identity card matches the customer to be registered.
Please send this confirmation with your identity card (front and back) to customerservice.o@vodafone.com.
