Hello Vodafone team,

I need your urgent help to find why I lost the mobile service after the contract termination, while I requested a transfer to a CallYa line instead. 

I had eSIM with that contract, and I requested a new SIM card for the CallYa, but I got no response at all from the Vodafone team, I am so worried about losing that number as it is my main line for everything in Germany!

 

What I did till now: I phoned too many vodafone support lines, until one of them asked me to send it through the vodafone portal as an Email, which I did, but I got no confirmation back, and now I am running with a mobile service at all. 

That was the sms the support sent me to request the transfer by Email form.:
Lieber xyz, unsere Postadresse ist: Vodafone GmbH, D2-Park 5, 40875 Ratingen. Online erreichen Sie uns auf https://www.vodafone.de/kontakt Freundliche Grüße, Ihr Vodafone-Team
