I need to cancel my tariff with my callya prepaid account as I will no longer be using the sim card. How do I cancel my tariff so that I don't continue to be charged.

Hi @Sarah15,
Change the tariff to Talk & SMS (free of charge). Then you won't be charged anymore. Your SIM card will be cancelled automatically after 90 days of non using.
Otherwise you can call the customer care center +49 172 229 0 229 and ask for cancellation. When you still have a credit on your SIM card you can also talk with the staff to send the credit on your banking account.
