Unfortunely i bought this sim card in one of munchen vodafone stores (Sonnenstraße 16, 80331 München) yesterday (feb 14, around 15:00) and the seller was a really bad person.
I told him i was a tourist living germany in the Day after and asked him for a sim card that works 14 days in Áustria, hungary etc, and he sold me this sim for 35 euros.
I asked the seller to help me configuring my phone with the new sim card, but he refused telling me that the phone would work perfectly after 4 hours.
Result: Now i’m out of germany and when i try to activate the sim card, it informs that i need to go to a post office in germany! I was really robbed by this bad seller and vodafone. Worst experiencie i had in this awesome country.
PS: My boyfriend bought a Tmobile card and after 5 minutes ir was working perfectly.
I just wanted to say that i’m really ashamed of how i was treated by Vodafone and especially by one of yours sellers. You’ve made a completely fool of myself and ruined one of my dream vacation days.
