Hello there,
Being me I've lost my sim again, and I like to get a replacement. It's a prepaid callya sim.
However, my vodafone callya number is not seemingly connected to my vodafone account and the "new simcard" link in my dashboard fails with an error:

Anyone from the staff I can get help from?
