Didn't receive Vodafone CallYa sim card

On April 23rd, I ordered a Vodafone CallYa SIM online.

On April 26th, I received an email that I would get my SIM card the day after tomorrow at the latest (April 28th).

But I still have not received my SIM card till today (May 3rd).

What is the status of the sim card?
