Changing to lower CallYa tariff

Hello Vodafone Team,

I have a cellular prepaid tariff.

I like to change to a lower tariff. With the Vodafone App I can only see the higher tariffs. I like to change my tariff from "CallYa Allnet Flat S" to "CallYa Start". How can I do that with the App? (I don't have a customer password)
