CallYa Talk & SMS: how to add roaming?

Hello, 

Could you please help?

I have a CallYa  Talk & SMS and need an  EU roaming.

On CallYa hotline I was informed that when I buy a package of free minutes, roaming will be possible. So I, additionally to loading the money on the card, bought a package of 100 free minutes and  the lady in the hotline immediately acivated them.

She repeatedly assured me that I can now use the card in the whole EU for calling and for receiving calls. 

Only... It does not work!

So currently I am sitting in Prague with a non-functional card.   I cannot call that CallYa hotline because this is only possible from German number, and this number is on that non-working CallYa card...

What can I do to get the roaming?

Any idea, help or advice is highly welcome!

You bought the 100 min/SMS package for 4,99€ per 4 weeks?

Can you see the option as activated in your MeinVodafone app?

In your mobile phone settings is roaming activated?

first of all, thanks for helping!

Yes, it is this package and I see it in MyVodafone.

Regarding the settings in phone: I am only aware of data roaming settings there, and it is allowed. Did not find any setting for call roaming.

When you can see the option then you should be able calls and receive calls.

Did you get any error messages?
Did you also try to change the network provider?

The info is  "No signal". 

When trying to manually change the network for this card, all available operators are marked as Forbidden.
